What data we process

We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking cookies, comments, newsletters or user accounts. We only process:

Server logs – IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer and browser data, needed to deliver pages to your device. Our host OVHcloud stores them on servers in the EU and deletes them automatically through log rotation, generally within a few weeks.
Cloudflare – all requests pass through Cloudflare, Inc. which protects the site from attacks and speeds up loading.
Email – if you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply and delete them once the matter is closed.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website and in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

We do not set our own cookies. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie (e.g. __cf_bm) to block bots. It is strictly necessary and does not require consent (e.g. § 25(2) TDDDG). A display preference such as dark mode may be saved in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Swiss FADP you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. Just email us – it is free. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in your country, or with our lead authority, the Polish UODO (uodo.gov.pl).

Right to object: you may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).

Changes

We update this policy when our website or the law changes. It is available in English, German, Polish and Spanish. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
